Counsellor, Space-Holder, and Deep Feeler on the Beautiful West Coast

I’m here for folks feeling lost in the noise—navigating change, carrying invisible pain, or unsure of what’s next. I believe therapy should be a sacred space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

With a background in Child and Youth Care (UVic) and a Master’s in Counselling (CityU), my work spans schools, community orgs, and friendship centres—shaping a practice rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and the power of relationship.

I work on the unceded lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, and I hold deep respect for the cultures and histories that ground this space.

My style is gentle but real, empathetic and action-oriented. I draw from Narrative Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused work, and EMDR—tailored to your unique journey. I especially support folks navigating eating disorders, alternative lifestyles, and 2SLGBTQAI+ experiences.

At the heart of it all, I believe healing happens when we feel safe to be fully ourselves. I bring authenticity and a touch of humor to every session—and invite you to do the same.

I am grateful to live, work, play, and raise my family on this beautiful island, as a settler on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples. This includes the lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum), Lkwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees), Malahat, Pacheedaht, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke, the Traditional Territory of the North Saanich Bands, and the Hul’qumi’num-speaking peoples. I hold deep respect and appreciation for the stewardship, culture, and history of these communities.
